Bees Knees
Non-alcoholic cocktail recipe
The Bee's Knees is a classic gin cocktail from the Prohibition era, made with gin, fresh lemon juice and honey syrup. Its unique name is an expression from that era: 'That's the Bee's Knees'. This was a popular way of calling something excellent or extraordinary. Exactly what this non-alcoholic variant is too!
