Mixing supplies
- Martini glass / cocktail coupe
- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer
- Pestle
Ingredients
- 60ml Laori Juniper No. 1
- 30ml lemon juice
- 20ml ODK Barista Syrup - White Sugar
- 8-10 basil leaves
- ice cubes
How to make?
- Add a handful of basil leaves to the cocktail shaker
- Crush the leaves with the pestle to release the flavour
- Put a few ice cubes in the shaker
- Pour over 60ml Laori Juniper No. 1, 30ml lemon juice and 20ml ODK Barista Syrup - White Sugar
- Shake the cocktail shaker
- Remove the cap and pour the contents of the cocktail shaker through a sieve into the cocktail glass
- Garnish the mocktail with 2 basil leaves
